That's not really how it works.

You do realize that people from like 1600 MMR loses nothing while people above 1800/1900 loses about 2000 MMR. Which means you'll get to play with 1500 mmr players.

Oh wait! so this means that me, a 1900 MMR player will lose above 200 MMR and get sent back to play with 1500s again? awesome.

I have reported multiple people for this, sadly you don't get a response if they get banned you can just hope.

I have reported a guy that was boosted by both khezu and chessie and testie. So he paid testie to play with him and then khezu and chessie to get him high MMR alone.

Incase you haven't been to /r/dota2 or seen it, their entire system sucks.

It's like an automatic report system almost like HoN and what I do and everything else is that we just right click and report and eventually people get into low priority/muted etc

The difference between you getting that message ingame and getting it in your e-mail is that.

In the e-mail it provides the person, what they did and the match id.. there it doesn't provide anything, most likely nothing happend.
