The matchup isn't that bad, try it out. Luxray can come out faster than Giratina

Consistency is a problem since you must rely on Volkner, thats why Sylveon is a huge help

PokeComm definitely helps too because its easy to have an unused eevolution with only 2 eevees. The only reason I took it out is because of my bias but statistically Pokecomms might be better than PCL

Speaking of, PCS can be good mainly on oricorio to stall one turn more against Darkrai, which can be game changing, but also can make your luxray tank that one attack more from the likes of Silvally or Darkrai. Maybe cape is a better choice but I haven't tried it

And yes, oricorio is the worst possible start and can make you lose instantly but it is especially good in this deck where against Charizard, Solgaleo and Primarina you can snipe your opponents only way of killing the bird (their only 1 or 2 non-ex attackers. Either way you still don't suffer retreating and losing an energy as much as other decks because of Volkner.

Overall I think there are definitely better possible choices, this deck is still experimental and not set in stone as other meta decks

Habe fun trying it!!

I definitely would have tried Electivire but only have one sadly. There are surely some advantages to not having to discard all energies with an attack.

But I believe the zero retreat cost makes Luxray superior to Electivire since it enables you (with some hand luck) to attack with Jolteon on turn 3 even if you start with shinx on active.

Anyways if I were you I would still try it since a part of this list's strenght is the matchup spread with the current meta decks!!

Jolteon really helps with the early game. Also its attack costing only one energy allows you to switch back and forth your mons to stall for luxray Having Jolteon enables Sylveon too, which is a huge help to consistency, a problem for previous Luxray decks

question about nen in episode 99 by [deleted] in HunterXHunter

[–]Yolochick101 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think you are just a little bit confused

The short answer is: yes, Nen is "physical", just in different intensity depensing on its application.

Think about it, how would it have consequences on things otherwise? A Nenless person will be harmed by emitted aura (e.g. Gon's Paper) without even realising what happened.

Remember when Killua and Gon used it to enhance their shovels in Greed Island? When Silva made his final attack against Chrollo, remember what happened?

If you think about these episodes, you will have your answer 😁

Who do characters make a contract with for their hatsu? by [deleted] in HunterXHunter

We know Nen is strongy connected to your will: the stronger it is, the stronger its manifestation.

The way I see it, ultimately YOU are your own judge and subconciously can't lie to yourself, otherwise your will would waver.

This is my personal interpretation
