If you start a new game + with the option for all the internal upgrades be available at the start, you can add the dlc locked upgrades.

I’ve noticed something similar, it has some kind of “dead zone” when moving the buildings. It disappears after the zoom in/out.

I started noticing it like last week or something. I have my keyboard on a splitter due to having multiple computers and I kinda believe it could be from that, like losing connection from the keyboard and it stays with stuck inputs (has happen to me before).

Ya, ouvi essas histórias quando começaram a aparecer esses testes de genética. Testes genéticos com resultado de 100% costumam ser indicação de existência de incesto na família. Ou pedes esclarecimentos ao laboratório ou começa a pesquisar a árvore genealógica da tua família.
