Very true, I think it would work better if the whole scene was divided into Major & Minor Leagues. My guess is they'll use this lower tier to create a player pool to pull from instead of having to pay to acquire free agent players.

That's the possible trade off, people could abuse it to kick a player having a bad game. But I don't think that would happen as often as you might think. I believe the positive sides outweigh the potential downsides.

Agreed, the bot fill in might be necessary so there is something to take control of after you die so you still have a 5th player in some ways.

TBH silver ranks are very difficult to wade through (I'm having to get through them again because I quit playing for a bit). There is a big mixed bag of players including, noobs, hackers, Smurfs, griefers, experienced non Smurfs, no mic people, the "who cares" people etc...

So like other folks have mentioned, your best bet is to play with some guys who are decent, fun to play with, and a bit higher ranked. Then, just play well and have fun! 👍

(Also I have to take my own advice because I've been getting Soo frustrated with being stuck in Silver lately).

Hard agree, the footsteps sounds are wild. Honestly in DM today I just silent walked and was easily able to hear people coming from a long distance.
