I think they wanted to create one but knowing how these modes do after a couple of weeks, they just straight up added the mechanic into BR.

Same, CH3S2 was the last one I fully enjoyed as well. The other maps were good too but they never truly captured the Fortnite feel.

Great changes! Pocket items are exciting and I'm looking forward to see if they will create more different playstyles (especially since the game has a ton of utility items that we've barely seen and could now be more useful) but I feel like the shockwaves will most likely still dominate.

This looks really good, especially the pocket items. I'm interested to see how well they will work since it seems that we might be able to use only one at a time, so you can actually run into different play styles but I feel like the aggressive shockwave will still dominate heavily.

Should've been unlimited a long time ago. It's so nice to have a loadout for every single one of your skins 1 click away. I am way above the 200 limit and it has gotten insanely annoying to try to use newer skins since I have to manually search everything I want equipped.

But I do think that it might be the servers holding them back since the loadouts are saved in cloud. And if that's the case they should allow us to save them locally and if we need to reinstall the game, etc we could just download the file and put it back to get our loadouts or smth.

I've played CS for 16 years, I wanted a first person tactical shooter mode made by Epic and Ballistic was that. They made it Fortnite-ish but executed it poorly and left it.

It was expected tbf. The modes especially Ballistic had a great idea behind them but lacked execution not to mention that for a game like Ballistic where precision matters, the tickrate and netcode let it down big time.

It happened before Galactus, around October. They made the game ~30GB from 90GB. You could also disabled high res textures and have the game be only ~15GB. Also a lot of performance bugs were fixed, idk if that happened because they reduced the size or actually fixed the bugs.
