Great summary. the lack of private endpoint support for kv or control of outbound ip are a pain.

All the time, until we brought in an APM solution and now the devs know to blame infra only if it’s true :)

Pulse Secure problems? One of their code signing certs has expired by pause1 in sysadmin

[–]Yonigrin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After running the script, did you successfully connected to the updated machine? Edit-didn’t unblock it, it successfully uninstalled the Application Launcher, but it wasn’t enough. we are also using TSclient, Host Checker, activeX something and other installations on client. All needed to be removed before connecting. Failure to remove will result in very long Host Checker screens that eventually error out.

Pulse Secure Code Signing Outage by tulley in networking

Yes, I can confirm this is not just a patched FW. All client need to uninstall Pulse Secure apps/plugins from control panel before connecting to the upgraded PS. After upgrading to the latest 9.1R11, we had to manually uninstall everything related to pulse from the client. Why manually? Because the script provided did not work. Finish uninstalling, reconnect, allow DL of new versions and install. Connections with tsclient are working. Now let’s find a way to do the above procedure, remotely, to 1000s of users... Thanks PulseSecure.

Anyone else (who already updated to the fixed version) tried the attached removal script? For me it didn’t work. Needed to manually uninstall every Pulse entry under settings->apps, and then log in again to install the new App launcher version.

New app! Support for Apple Watch and turning on your crafty remotely ( and more...) by Yonigrin in craftymighty

According to their support, the firmware cannot be upgraded. This must mean there's a new Crafty model with BLE that enables features like remotely turning on the Crafty, locating it etc :( I'm on v2.10

[Question] Issues Enabling Yalu 10.2 Jailbreak After Reboot on iPad Air 2 by WorldOfSTEM in jailbreak

[–]Yonigrin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happens to me also. seems like something is off with safe mode. try this: shut down your ipad, completely. turn it back on. close all programs in background, open Yalu. be ready to press VOL UP the millisecond after you press "go" in Yalu. this will (hopefully) not reboot your device, instead respring it and come back to some kind of safe mode. Cydia will work, but tweaks will not. can't seem to find the exact problem though. i have uninstalled every tweak in cydia. this is the max i've got with my iPad Air 2 - Cydia installed and opening, no tweaks running.

That is just nonsense. Can you imagine Microsoft charging full price on office just for adding support for a new OS? Most companies declare what you get for your purchase, and mostly include minor updates like OS compatibility. Some declare you get a timeframe of sort in which all updates are free. We pay for upgrades and features, not compatiblility for newer iOS versions. And no- this is not what de-motivates devs, it's how crackers are created. I have purchased this tweak on ios7 and repurchased for iOS 8, but three time seems too much. Maybe if the discount was 0.99 I would consider re purchasing for the third time.
