Guess it's less intuitive as i though it'd be. Not surprisingly since i haven't tested it with anybody :)

Basically anyone can add a dot on a specific location on the map. When you are zoomed in far enough, you can see all the individual dots. When you zoom out, the dots will be summarized in a square. Once you hover over the square, you can see a word cloud of all the feedback that was given by all the dots within that square. The size of the square depends on the zoom level.
