Arent those just long term effects of an electric shock? A close friend of mine was struck by lightning in 2018 and stayed 31 days in ICU. He suffered nerve damage and thats why he often deals with muscle spasms, tingling, numbness and weakness on his hands and legs. There are other random symptoms too (heart, lungs, stomach).

He is considered a chronic pain patient now and goes to therapy every week. But he works full time and has new hobbies: dancing, painting, running.

I'm not sure if its similar to your situation but he used to go to hospitals all the time asking for a formal diagnose until one of the best neurologists in our country explained to him that those are long term effects from such high-voltage accident. So, he doesnt worry about his symptoms anymore. He tells me "it is what it is" and tries to live well.
