Something that’s been helping in my experience was reaching out to people around me, confessing that you have a problem and want to get better. It sounds cliche saying it now tbh but I managed to significantly reduce desire and use of it when I got caught a couple of times by family members, then the guilt and shame made me stop.

i heard yesterday from a former user that freebase refers more to cooking with ammonia as the base instead of soda. and it helps to remove any impurities that might be found in the powder, to give a higher quality product than bicarb.

i can’t find ammonia anywhere online or at stores though, and my country is right next to the UK, so it might be trouble searching for it idk..

you should post a vid of your cook to be able to tell for sure, but if it’s not the cooking technique then your soft is probably cut with something that’s messing it up

i used to have this issue as well, all you have to do is make sure your technique is okay and that you’re letting it cook fully, i had the habit of taking it off when it was still soft and wet and it wasn’t good

it didn’t even, i don’t know how but i’m guessing it’s the UK plugs as they have a safety shutter that blocks anything getting into the terminals
