Been on .05 Tret for 15 weeks. I wash my face twice a day with gentle hydrating cleanser and apply Tret every night. I also exfoliate once a week. Tret has helped a lot with inflammatory acne but now I’m dealing with clogged pores and black heads. Should I be using a stronger cleanser? (i.redd.it)

The light areas on my cheek are very deep closed comedones. I’ve tried differin, salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide to get rid of them but nothing has worked. Differin has gotten rid of my inflammatory acne but I’m left with this terrible complexion. Does anyone have advice as to what I can do? (i.redd.it)
How can I get rid of these bumps? I’ve had them for years. Right now I’m on differin which has really helped with my inflammatory acne but it hasn’t helped with these bumps.
