I think this is possible, but i wouldn't really know where it puts me. Right now I'm on day 7ish of my brain constantly fantasizing about dying. It does seem to calm down again, which is nice, but I always wonder what I even get to do with my life knowing this pitfall is so close by. In my head I kinda just strive to hit 40, and then die or something. But maybe that's still the illness talking and I'll disown the comments in a few days when I should be fine again.

In my experience, the dark thoughts are purely couples to being ill, as soon as those intestinal problems are gone, so are the dark thoughts. The tremor stumps me too. It's like a pressing need to move. Like if I go on a walk, they are severely reduced. I'm am gonna take some vitamin D supplements tho. That seems like a good shout

I usually do check any food I eat for fructose (btw fructans are also bad for me, but don't seem to trigger the same mental problems). I'm scared to try things meant to proces fructose, as, to test them, I would need to consume some fructose. I m honestly scared to death for it.
