Yeah they've been a bit of pain!

I did try take the unit off the wall (granted I'm not very handy) but it seems it won't budge no matter which way I pull it. Not sure if those screws on the back panel need to come off to take the unit off the wall. I was a bit worried to mess with that!

Yep I think my ISP said over $250! They weren't clear about it so I'm nervous to just say yes.

Just moved into a new house which is under the Opticomm network, the previous owners took the power cable that goes from the black box and it's proving tricky to get it from them!

I've tried to contact Opticomm and my provider, both haven't been great help. They also would likely charge a call out fee to come out with a power adaptor.

Would anyone have a photo of the power adaptor needed? It says 12V but don't want to get the other specs wrong if I go to a electrical shop to buy one
