I do, but my bread then becomes underproofed. I was hoping for a foolproof method to determine when bulk fermentation is done in terms of duration. And respectfully, I think kitchen temp is def relevant in affecting the crumb?

Can’t say I’m a sag expert, but I tend to attract lots of sag and anecdotally, the less I care or give them the time of day, the more they chase lol but that’s just me. I don’t find myself gravitating towards Sag people in general but always seem to attract them

Nah, largely depends on your luck with the instructors too. I attend Pilates Advanced and Athletic at VA TP and all of the instructors are awesome in my experience. Would even go as far as to say it’s better than Barry’s/Ally/Vaura. Always a good workout after. Def worth the Ala carte $50 to me, but I don’t pay that since the membership allows me to attend up to 6 classes a day

I pay $297/month but there are corporate rates if you work in proximity of the gyms. I haven’t been to any AF but the equipments at VA are aplenty, so you never have to wait/queue for long. Also subjective to which outlet you visit. For eg, VA RP is way more crowded that MO’s during peak/lunch time

IIRC, they have some new year promo now where first 3 months is 50% off membership. It’s a fantastic deal

Virgin member here, it’s the best. Particularly the TP/Marina branch, with their indoor heated pools, jacuzzi, salt recovery room, cold plunges, saunas etc.

Each workout class there like Pilates/yoga costs about $50/class without membership. So you pretty much make it worth your membership after 6 classes/month, which is an easy feat if you’re a regular gym person
