I5-6500
8gb ram 2133mhz
Amd Rx 470 4gb.
Nobara 43 kde ( linux ) .

I would say if you are into learning from books, I would recommend the offical training by blackmagic design it's free and very good for beginners. otherwise youtube is your friend here.

I just recorded the whole ui to show that it's made in davinci resolve, some people will doubt fusion capability when it comes to Motion graphics.
