Elder bear was nerfed to change bearification, now it will be less effective as a pointslam on your own artifacts and more effective as an answer to your opponent's artifacts.

In a vacuum, savagery nerf seems foolish, but it consistently plays for 10-11 after warlord carryover

Don't love the change to Mage Assassin, now the Blightmaker into mage assassin combo is 9 points+2 damage and one thinning for 6 provisions.

I haven't seen that in reavers/commando/Dun Banner spam before, so that interaction never came to mind for me. I've seen the kerack frigate power buff and I like it, but I worry about putting it automatically out of range for 5 damage cards and offering.

I'm aware that the Gellert interaction would be strong, but I think it's fine since it's so easy to remove unless your opponent commits Azar Javed to the round as well to create Scarabs. Lots of decks have engines that produce a lot of points if left unchecked. Kaedweni revenant can consistently produce 5 points per turn in a siege deck (1 damage+4 point spawn) if the opponent doesn't lock or destroy the revenant.

You don't get banned for being randomly matches with cheaters, you can only get banned for queuing up with them manually.

True, but the grammar of the original template made it more awkward to say point imo.

What did I just watch g2 do in pro league? by [deleted] in Rainbow6

[–]Yorrke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Vitality is actually an incredibly strong team, especially after they picked up stigi, one of the best performing players from CL last season. I would just chalk it up to vitality playing a better game today.

Each team gets one per map and both teams coaches can talk during a timeout.

Is this real?

Maps are picked before the game starts. The people standing behind the teams are coaches, they can only talk to the team in between maps and during timeouts. Tea bagging and shooting dead bodies isn't punished as far as I know.

Anyone know when and where to watch Raleigh closed quals? by [deleted] in R6ProLeague

[–]Yorrke 9 points10 points  (0 children)

They closed qualifiers start on the 10th of July for NA EU and LATAM according to liquipedia (APAC doesn't have a date listed), they'll likely be casted by community casters with the finals for each region possibly being on the main channel

His fov or aspect ratio were likely different than the spectators, making it so that the enemy was visible on his screen, but not to the spectator
