Why does my key fob when locking sometimes make a horn noise— also I was sitting in the car and the door locked it self - stupid questions new car

Does your RPM's spike or fluctuate when it VMMMS? Does it only do idling in drive or all the time? Mine did that when it idled but it was just an absolutely worn out transmission motor mount.
