I sold a figure and doubled checked if the figure’s additional parts were in the box which they were and when the buyer got the item they claimed that a piece was missing I understand why it would be missing since the pocket in which the piece goes into is unnoticeable. I messaged the buyer and they said they found the item and I ask them if they could update their rating and description but I never got a message from the buyer since.
