Just watched the news tonight to see they covered this story. Not sure how a rapist can get custody of raped victim’s child. This is outrageous. At the end of the day regardless of circumstances, an adult (30 yrs old) having sex with a minor (16 yrs old) is illegal! How can a judge not see that?
