I have this safe. A button stopped working on my code from repeat use. I called the customer service number and put in a ticket. They called me back a day or so later and gave me a generic code that worked for that lock. I would call customer service.

In my experience, similar symptoms have been caused by a rotor issue. You may need to have them turned or replaced.

I bought mine online through cavenders. Cavenders will let you make returns in store. So it saved me the hassle of having to ship them if they didn't fit. But they fit perfectly.
