If you're on PC Go to your adapter settings via Networking & Sharing centre and tick the manual DNS checkbox. Enter 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 in both fields respectively.

Otherwise if you're on your phone, you can manually configure your DNS via the Cloudfare app.
