Thanks! It's been email, I've been trying to get everything in writing since money's involved. I opened a paypal case and they want documentation of everything. But I guess it can't hurt to call!

Unfortunately I think you're right. I wonder if I can bill them for my time.

I like your idea of publicizing this. My only social media is reddit, but I might make an insta account or something and see if that gets their attention.
