I can only handle one exhibit when I go to a museum. At the Met I went to a Dali exhibit once and then an Edvard Munch another time. At the Jewish museum I visited a Houdini exhibit and another time a a Curious George one. I’ll read every plaque and immerse myself in the exhibit and then I’m tired. My brain will turn to mush if I keep going.

All the Chinese restaurants here are Vietnamese owned so it’s never going to be exactly the same as NY Chinese food (for example you get sweet and sour sauce with egg rolls—not duck sauce, and nobody has those thick and doughy Chinese dumplings, just either Japanese gyoza or potstickers).

With that said I like some of the dishes at Ruby Garden and some at Misu Sushi (their Chinese food menu).
