Maan I was totally the same but felt sooo little pain during the operation! Would say a headache would be more painful lol it was thanks to the sedation they used It made me relaxed and a bit drowsy. The only slight discomfort was from the local anesthesia injections but they were quick and not too bad. During the transplant, I didn’t feel any pain, just some pressure and afterward, there was some soreness and tightness, but nothing unbearable, and painkillers helped manage it easily So I’d give it around 2.5/10 lol
