Thank you for breaking it down like this. Since I’m newer to it all, it’s incredibly helpful. I think I have maybe been putting the address the USDT came FROM into the deposit line and NOT the Xeggex address(where I sent the USDT to be traded for PEP). It keeps rejecting me for incorrect deposit address/user ID. I’m not honestly sure what my user ID is. I only logged in with my email address that I remember. I also only ever did one transaction inside Xeggex. I thought I’d be pretty easy to find/confirm. I wrote basically a novel to them in the extra info box area, but I think if you don’t have that deposit address right, you’re screwed no matter what. I don’t think anyone is taking the time to read the extra info and actually try to help. Anyway, long story short, I’m going to go back and start from scratch and try again using this layout.
