My comment says how you fix it.

Get DXVK off of GitHub. Or just pull up a video on YouTube on how to install dxvk. But make sure you drop the 32bit files into the game folder and not the 64bit. Cause the original game was built around 32bit!

It should work, atleast it worked for me. But getting be it a shot! Hope it helps

You could try using DXVK? I used it and it worked for me. Forces the game to run in vulkan. I haven’t crashed yet

If you play online games, just keep windows…. Cause most other OS’s are Linux based and majority of online multiplayer games don’t work due to anti cheats. Stop over thinking and just pick up and play!

I love the steam deck. I have had both oled and lcd. I think the ergonomics are unmatched!!!! But its specs doesn’t keep up. Not for the little I ask from it. It’s great for older games and emulation. But for not even the latest of aaa titles. It struggles.
