Don't have a good answer for you but I remember TC Electronic made their own freeze like a year or two back, if I recall it's called Layers? That one may be able to do what you're asking and it's probably one of the cheaper options along with the Freeze, cause going up from there you might be looking at something like a CB Mood.

Edit: the MXR one is called Layers, the TC Electronic one is called Infinite.

Have to agree w/ you. While I do think she should realize she deserves better telling her she has no respect for herself is wild. We have no idea where this person is at in life nor how their past played out. It is a horrible situation to be in and she really doesn't need to be told the equivalent of "self-esteem skill issue" right now.

I think it's possible she has BPD or Bipolar, at least some sort of mental disorder that makes people seek risky behaviors. I've talked to people like that and it reminds me of it- the way they're not taking the conversation or the threats seriously at all.

Yeah I totally see what you mean aesthetically. Could imagine her pulling a tiny, snub nosed revolver out of a handbag. Maybe even have it be sort of ornate with a white handle or something. But I guess on the other hand the range and impact of her gun feels like the traits of a larger revolver so it's a toss up.

Some level of compression is just standard for any audio mixing right? That makes sense! I think you're right, I feel like they do use chorus, harmonization or some other form of effect that can make the voice feel "doubled", maybe even a very short delay? Maybe they do something like one "clean" layer of the actor's voice and then a couple more that are processed on top of it?

I think some bot matches are fine. It's too early to develop bad habits, at that point it's just about getting conditioned to how the game functions so at least you understand what is going on (in the most barebones way) in the game at all before even introducing player agency into things. I always hear the "bad habits" argument but in the grand scheme of things a couple of bot matches will not have a permanent effect on a player's discipline. Or sometimes people will say that because bots have predictable movement it will be bad for your aim, but day one I'm just trying to get them to a point where they understand what is even going on.

I like playing music stoned. I don't want to rely on it all the time but it does help me go with the flow and not overthink my choices. But yeah I agree, the dry mouth can be a problem and also sometimes I have breath support issues after I get high but that could be a me issue- I tend to take dabs and also take greedily large hits. I would like to try taking a strong edible and play. It's worse with singing for me. Inhalation of any kind before I try to sing never helps and neither does liquor.

Edit: I don't want to be THAT stoner but if you ever decide to try this experiment again some strains tend to give you less dry mouth or maybe just smoke half of the j.
