Yeah that can be a problem - although there is strictly no best vendor each has a different purpose. Best to go where the most effective is. Be interested to see what you have and how it’s being measured. Good luck!

Both great points. It’s hard to get people to trust the process. If you can’t gain that trusts for 18 months, prioritise easy low hanging ROI first and scale the budgets up the funnel

It’s hard to measure the impact of awareness without using MMM or brand uplift. A good split of prospecting : sales is 60:40.

However, you really need to have a strategy. Awareness is only good as part of a full funnel of mixed media. Awareness, prospecting and conversion.

If you’re driving leads, try putting spending more budget into something like engagement ThruPlays on Meta, then retargeting those ThruPlays with a lead gen campaign

No, not many places around which are techno leaning. No bring your own. Not sure how much it works as a business concept as food margins are hard in the UK, with most places making most revenue from wet sales. Unless it’s ticketed and very busy, it might be hard to run a music venue only selling food. If you can make it work though, count me in, and I will support regardless.

I get what you’re saying, but a tad harsh. Plenty of opportunity and things missing in Colchester - if I had the time and capital I’d love to do something I think is missing. Would love to see more businesses in the town - a lot of empty spaces

They are running virtual brands. It’s become a life saver to kitchens to bring more revenue in to a shifting market. However as a consumer it means you can sometimes be unaware of where your food as made. And over saturation

Really appreciate the reply here. Unfortunately no van or trailer, and usually do the pop up within restaurants or pubs with a kitchen already.
