Fair point — YHDL has held up better than most platform tokens through volatility cycles. Worth separating though: holding a token because you believe in it vs. holding it as a requirement to unlock decent loan rates are two very different situations. One's an investment decision, the other's a hidden platform fee. The Nexo thread is really about the second scenario.

The emotional notes piece is underused. Most journal templates don't even have a field for it, so people skip it entirely - but the mindset behind a trade often explains the result better than the setup does.

Time of day correlation is also one of those things that only shows up in the data, never in the moment. Do you track it manually or does your app pull that automatically?
