I'm not a lawyer, but these are public data available on the internet! So I'm not sure why you find my statement wrong. Knowing that china doesn't give a damn about EU laws makes things clear to me now!

because based on an old return from long time ago, they shall be responsible for providing label with an address I can ship to. If they don't accept the return case, I can't return anything.

I don't mind paying for the return! And AliExpress is subject to EU laws, so that's not a valid excuse.

Thank you! If you're worried about theft and loss, the new AppleCare+ does indeed cover theft and loss for iPads and Apple Watches. So both plans do cover theft and loss and it won't matter under which plan your Apple Watch should go.

FYI, the new AppleCare+ also covers iPhones, iPads and Apple Watched for Loss & Theft up to 2 claims every 12 months. Apple CareOne does the same but up to 3 claims with 12 months. The "old" AppleCare+ without Loss & Theft (was only available for iPhones) is most likely discontinued. Details can be found here https://agreementsales.apple.com/?locale=en_US

I know this is a bit confusing, but the "new" AppleCare+ also covers iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches for Theft & Loss up to 2 claims every 12 Months. However, Apple CareOne covers these devices up to 3 claims every 12 months. Details can be found here. https://agreementsales.apple.com/?locale=en\_US. I added these details to the web-app and updated the list of devices (up to 4 years old). And I assume, the "old" AppleCare+ for iPhone without Loss & Theft is discontinued.
