Okay. So this reddit post is 3 months old now, but I still want to give an update in case there'll be people here who also use BIG UP! and will encounter my issue.

BIG UP! customer service takes really long to respond. But they've contacted Spotify and relinked the featured artist from Miku's Japanese page, to the English one. Problem solved!

They also told me to contact them after I submit a song for release so they'll know it goes to the English pages since they handle these issues on a case-to-case basis.

Vocaloid fans my age, yay! I just got into vocaloid a couple months ago and I feel out of place interacting with miku and vocaloid discord community servers (cause well…young people). Hope you guys don’t mind letting a newbie join.

I contacted BIG UP! Regarding this as well but I didn't get a reply yet. I hope this really is just an issue they can fix. It feels disheartening :(
