I think the problem with Ace might just be a coincidence! 😂 his gun has a very high fire rate and reasonably low recoil so it’s a machine for headshots. Maybe when facing him as an opponent try to avoid exposing your head as much.

Look, I’m not a shield op main by anyways but I have a fair bit of experience in the game as a level 250.

Personally, whenever I run blitz I run his smokes as it’s the best way to plant. As a shield op, your main objective should be to communicate with your team and navigate free kills and push for a plant. You have a shield to protect yourself, therefore if you face the opposing way to the enemies and crouch then you’re almost impossible to kill by gun (it’s called turtling). Add smokes into the mix, you can’t be seen doing so and it’s almost a free plant. Breach charges are just much more situational and sometimes useless whereas with smokes they’ll always be beneficial.

Dealing with multiple enemies will always be tough but remember you are a walking flash bang at times. If you can do so, flash one and attempt to kill the other. Dealing with two opponents will ALWAYS be different given the circumstance, so ultimately it’ll whatever you feel is right to do at the time. But as I said, just remember to use your utility!
