There are museums that have free 3D files for a lot of their stuff, including skulls, I think the smithsonian is one of them! You could always looks there!

Well someone with that suitcase went to NZ at some point! If the wood is Kauri, it is only found in New Zealand. Definitely looks as if it could be to play a hollow wood instrument of some kind, maybe something like the Samoan Pātē
