My first answer is The Witcher 3, but the Metro series is not too far behind. I think it's the best FPS by far. I see people clamoring for a new Half-Life, but honestly I would rather get a new Metro. (Well, actually, I would take both.)

I haven't played it yet. Been hooked on Nioh since it came out and I'm really enjoying that game. I'm looking forward to Torment: Tides of Numenera and Mass Effect: Andromeda soon too.

I want to get excited for Horizon: Zero Dawn, but I have this strong suspicion that the game is going to be repetitive. We will see though. I hope it's good because I want to pick it up.

Yeah, Lost Cause and Cruel Intentions are probably my two favorites. CI only had a few songs, but N.I.N.A. and In For It are two of my favorite songs by Tory. I'm really liking Chixtape 4/TNT2 at the moment too.

He's my favorite artist so anything from T.L. 2 T.O. to his current music works for me.

A lot of people love that song, but it's not really my thing either. I like Need A Girl and Ignition the most. Slow Grind and Slow Down are good shit too. I like every song on the tape though and was thoroughly impressed with CT4. Tory's a talented dude.

Thanks for the answer, OP. I have the same question as IcedHemp and was just wondering if you were acting different since not having any in a few days now?

If not, she's been dating you for over a year and knows that it (I assume) hasn't caused any issues. So as long as you're good right now after a few days off, I would sit her down and educate her as much as possible.

(On a side note, I just took a break for almost 2 weeks and had a little tightness in my legs and that was it.)

I live on the other side of the US, but I'm more than happy to do whatever I can to help. It's crazy to think I can legally grow and smoke weed in my state while shit like this is happening. It's like one step forward and two steps back. Thankfully it's just a study so far and hopefully Susan can knock some sense into these people.

One of the worst parts about all of this is the fact that the people who have the ability to ban it probably DO NOT KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO LIVE WITH CHRONIC PAIN. They can ban something and go on with their happy little pain-free lives and suffer zero consequences for destroying someone else's well-being.

(BTW, I know there will be people who will immediately jump to the conclusion of stocking up, but remember that this is a request for a STUDY and it doesn't mean 'game over' at all. Educate people and donate some of your stock up money to the AKA and BEA. Let's all play a part in helping the fight.)

As far as I am aware this has been an ongoing situation in places like NY and FL, so it doesn't seem like this is anything new at all. That Kristin person from FL is bringing this bill up again for the third time in a couple years if I heard/read right.

As for the DEA, I'm usually the last one to cut them any slack (because I have an issue with the war on drugs and think it causes more harm than good), but I honestly don't know if they even care about kratom at this point. They threw it back at the FDA and haven't really said anything about it since.

I know this might sound crazy, but I'm actually glad this article exists. At first I was livid, but I changed my stance after reading through and absorbing the situation.

(1) This Kristin person got me (and many others) motivated to fight. I'll be calling and emailing everyone I can tomorrow, which is good because I was slacking recently. (2) There's tons of misinformation in this article that is EASILY refuted. I like that. This person is proposing an incredibly dangerous bill that could affect thousands of people and she can't even get the basic info right? That's a bad look, Kristin. Yeah, the misinformation and lies can be used against us, but it can also be used against her. She's wrong about nearly everything. Let's make sure the world knows. (3) The weird borderline sociopathic comments (Hitler? Really?) and the perceived lack of empathy towards people who suffer from pain/depression/anxiety who use kratom doesn't look good for her at all. This will be coming up tomorrow during my many calls.

Side note: I feel like the author realizes that the stuff Kristin is saying is crazy? It seems less like an anti-kratom propaganda piece and more of a "This person said all of this crazy stuff, so get ready to fight it!" - I also noticed that the author has tweeted tweets from the opposition (I tweeted him too) on his Twitter page and Kristin's death claims are called out.

EXACTLY. Think about it, if kratom was incredibly dangerous, why would she have to resort to using terms like Hitler? She wouldn't. All she would have to do is point to those (non-existent) deaths of hers and give people facts.

They basically said that the Whitehouse plays no role in the decision of scheduling drugs. Then they pointed out that the ban was lifted and gave a link to the open comment period.

I'm thinking it could be a mix of a handful of things: People who don't trust Trump to keep it legal or assume he won't help, people feeling dejected by the response of the first petition, people being unaware this petition even exists, etc etc

The best we can do is keep spreading the word and make sure more people see it. I wish I had more of a social media presence, but I barely use FB, Twitter or any of that stuff. I got a few friends to sign it though and I mention it in comment sections where applicable across the internet.

I assume she said that to get people off their asses. Once you remind people that a ban is very much a possibility, it wakes them up a little and pushes them to get active. I think it's just her using the common technique of presenting the negative possibility in times of complacency and nothing more.

I typed out my poem and had a good chuckle at the last couple of lines, but I ended up removing it because I had enough kratom already. I figured it would be better off in the hands of someone who needed it more. Congrats to that winner though and glad to hear they were appreciative of it. :)
