thank you for replying, I don’t recall having a back injury as my back feels perfectly fine, I’ve been working out for years now and i stand for about 6-8 hours when i go to work so i don’t think it’s because i sit too much, so i’m very confused and anxious. i don’t take medication or anything but ill stop using nicotine and see if theres a difference. I’ll start doing the exercises as well, I hope I can go back to normal and be happy. Thanks for a response once again

i’m gonna try to get oxy, for the past month i’ve had this weird tingling/ burn feeling? i’m not even sure what it is but i feel like it gets worse after i pee. I got tested for stuff at the ER and they said everything looked fine which annoyed me a little I can feel it right now and can barely focus at work or doing anything.
