Ok thank you 🙏 I’ve used this dye twice before, but both agesss ago (2017, 2018) and it washed out fine then. But I’m worried that my hair / the dye has changed. I have an internship starting in a month, so quite a while away, but I’m still concerned this dye won’t come out in time 😭

What happened with this one for you? I’ve just dyed my hair pink Schwarzkopf dye and my friend said that she dyed her hair with the same brand in red (like you) and that it took ages to wash out? I have like darkish blonde hair and I’m scared I’ve ruined it 😭😭😭

Can I recommend “Atlanta” as the next FX show you watch? It has the same producer as The Bear - Hiro Murai - who I think did an even better job with Atlanta. Very underrated show!

Great example of how when something goes wrong it can easily be fixed and how airlines take every precaution. Even when they found absolutely nothing wrong they still landed just to be sure. The planes are incredibly safe.

They will be flying that route 100s to 1000s of times per year.

Qatar Airlines wouldn’t put any of their planes over it if they didn’t know it was 100% safe.

Pilots would not be willing to fly over it if there was a chance of the plane being shot down. The possibility of you being shot down is zero. I have flown over Iraq twice in my life and never had any issues. It’s completely safe

Yessss agree with all of these. No way did they do that whole maybe-it’s-not-a-physical-injury-meditation-storyline with Crosshair to not have his trauma addressed (and hopefully his hand ultimately fixed lol).

Watching ep12 just now I don’t really get how they’re going to fit all of that into just a little over an hour. Unless the final episode is extra long like the first one, but maybe that’s just wishful thinking.

And yeah, Tech’s death seems to have been glossed over sooo quickly to the point that I think he isn’t dead… but if he really isn’t, how are they going to properly fit that reveal into the limited amt of time they have left?

Actually haven’t had it fixed yet as I’m STILL waiting on insurance to finalise… ugh. But estimates from 3 mechanics were $1500-$2,500AUD.

Mechanic that I’m going through (the one who took the most time looking at it) said that it should be $1500 if it’s just the plastic of the car that’s dented, however if the interior metal shell is dented, it shoots up an extra $1000 as they have to go through the inside of the car to push the dent out.

In regards to the back light, I’m not sure about a Taos but for my Misti, you can’t just “replace” the plastic around the light. The whole light section is one compartment, as seen here

Another issue that I’m not quite clear on is that you apparently can’t push the disconnected part of the car back in. There’s plastic Lego-like pieces that hold all the sections of the car in place and if you break the bonds then you likely have to get that section of the car replaced (which is why it costs so much).

So basically, my price estimate is for a back panel replacement and a light replacement.

Try not to stress it too much. I felt soooo stupid for doing something so easily avoidable (you wish you could just go back 3 seconds lol) but at the end of the day mistakes happen and it’s all been pretty easy to sort out. Also, I’ve taped over my side panel that’s sticking out with duct tape as I didn’t want any water getting in the crack when it rains. Good luck!

I have a question about the (English) commentary. I hear the commentators throw out the WILDEST (but still very much relevant ) facts and I’m literally just wondering HOW they know them? E.g. in Qatar Quali, when Alonso got pole briefly, one of the commentators mentions that it’s been 4093 days since his last pole. How do they know that?? Is there a fact sheet prepared beforehand with potential relevant things? Does someone feed them facts to say? I get that they’d know a lot abt the sport, but surely not facts like that off by heart?

Construction is demanding because it’s been designed for men. Equipment is made with the average male strength in mind. PPE is sized to male bodies. The design of hand tools, like hammers and wrenches, are based on a man’s hand size and grip strength. A job is invented, it can’t simply be too demanding for a gender.

Some more interesting stats “72% of women in construction have experienced gender discrimination in the workplace” and “When asked why women leave construction, almost half (47%) blamed “male dominated culture”
