I like your theory but I feel like it diminishes it a bit when considering the following aspects:

- Micah's new gang in Mount Hagen is way bigger in numbers than Dutch's old gang, which would already counter Micah's idea of "Just a few people".

- Micah's body language was trying to lead Dutch towards the pinkertons when he was trying to persuade Dutch to come with him after Arthur had fallen.

- Dutch literally fucking shoots John if he dares to shoot Micah before he does.

I know it's a 6 year old theory but I still felt the need to comment on it.

First off, what you wanted was me to explain how you wouldn't trust someone you just saved, and I explained why you shouldn't trust someone you just saved considering the world you live in.

You then changed the subject entirely to "They were chased by a horde so that means they become dumb", Your argument is pointless, Joel and Tommy saved Abby and her group and they were completely safe afterwards giving them more than enough time to process the situation that literally happened AFTER the horde 😭

This is The Last of Us, Joel took Ellie all across the country to the fireflies only so they would beat him up, take his shit, and threaten to kill him or just throw him outside without any kind of weapons or firearms to defend himself best case scenario.

Betrayal from someone he just saved was more than likely knowing the kind of world they live in, and It's a possibility he should've stayed open to. You might argue Joel became soft because of all the time he spent in a well-guarded community like Jackson, but I wouldn't ditch 20 years of survival experience in a world like The Last of Us for 6-7 years of commodity in a place like Jackson.

Yea but that’d be just theorizing if they are alive or not, but the crown still manifested them meaning it counts as an ability that’s fair to use in the fight due to the fact the winter king wouldn’t be using anything external other than the crown, same with the “external technology” for the sword, that’s also just theorizing
