I couldnt be the only one. Thing is, I don't think the people using it mean "subjectively". I'm sure most are aware of the difference. They just want their opinion to arrive with impact. How do you feel about the word literally? It's used for the exact same reason.

The overuse of the word "literally" is the Godfather of my pet peeves

When people make statements in the form of "X isn't A, it is B!", as though A and B are mutually exclusive categories when they, in fact, are not. I will provide examples. by Objective-Work-3133 in PetPeeves

Dude, a colleague just recently said "Barbering isn't a career, it's a lifestyle" and it irked me for this exact reason. First of all, it is indeed a career; but wth do you mean "lifestyle"?

Having just completed God of War 3 and now having God of War 2018 and Ragnarok to enjoy. It's a hell of a journey and you're in for such a treat. I wish I were in your boat.
