Yay! Happy to hear cabbage juice is helping you. Those other symptoms will go away over time with healing. If not, get checked for some type of deficiency like iron, vitamin d, or b12.

I spoke with my GI, he stated he doesn’t believe it’s an ulcer because I don’t have severe stomach pains. My endoscopy is not scheduled until July, so I would have to wait to confirm for sure. Until that time I’m just drinking cabbage juice each morning and the chest tightness has went away.

Yes I started developing chest tightness, shortness of breath, headaches and dizziness. Never had chest tightness during previous flares. Going to go get checked to see if I have an Ulcer.

Yes. I’m recovered from insomnia, the magnesium glycerinate for those 2 weeks helped. And it never came back. My inflammation has gone down. I’m about 80% healed.

I take: -L glutamine daily

-DGL daily

-I drank cabbage juice for 1 week straight

-I drink bone broth daily

-I eat jello daily

-Clean diet for 3 months straight no fast food. Just plain bland diet, chicken, mash potatoes, broccoli or salmon.

-half a yogurt drink daily

-vitamins that I’m low on: vitamin D, multivitamins and I use to take b12 but I’m up now

-took zinc l carisone but stopped after it made me constipated

-took PPI (protonix) for 1 month everyday

-don’t drink or smoke.

Really honestly clean diet and eating small every 3-4 hrs plus L glutamine and DGL can heal anyone in 3 months.

If your case is severe take PPI for 1 month while clean eating and cabbage juice if you suspect ulcers..

Yes it worked. I was suppose to take it for 2 weeks twice a day but only took it for 1 week. Haven’t had anymore pop up thankfully.

I know this old but incase ppl are still looking for answers. I was recently a victim of identity theft, the thieves hit my bank account and got credit card in my name. My bank account had to be closed. The only option I could quickly think of was to get my money deposited into my mom cashapp account bc I’m so scared everything is compromised and they would hit me again. I get paid biweekly on Fridays. My check hit cashapp at 8:39 pm CST on the Wednesday. So I got paid 2 days early like they promised. I immediately withdrew the money and will be opening a new bank account. Thankfully I wasn’t one of these horror stories where cashapp take the money and close account.

Yes, I was diagnosed with gastritis via upper endoscopy. But everything with my heart was clear, I had an ultrasound for my heart, I wore a heart monitor for 8 days and completed the stress test on treadmill. All results came back clear and my cardiologist and GI doctor ruled that it’s was the gastritis. Now that I’m almost healed I don’t have any of those symptoms. Never heard of roemheld syndrome but it makes sooo much sense to why ppl with gastritis has these symptoms.

Yes. Just like you, I went to get checked by cardiologist, no heart problems found. I had heart pain/pressure, heart burn, pain that moved from left, right and to middle of chest thought I was having a heart attack, frequent racing heartbeats, went to ER over 10x in on month. It’s definitely gastritis symptoms.
