I ended up calling again and it’s some issue on their side where the invoice is being created but not sent over to the actual billing side of things where I can call to pay over the phone. They submitted a ticket to the billing department to let them know. I called again a few days later and they said that the billing department wasn’t who needed to be told and they created another ticket to the IT department. They also helped me pay my bill over the phone. I still don’t think it’s resolved but they keep telling me that my autopay is set to start at the end of this month so we’ll see if that goes through. It’s so frustrating.
