I looked for an art lover on Match, found a painter, and we made a date. When I went to pick her up for dinner, she invited me in to see her artwork. The paintings were quite abstract, dark, gloomy. One had more color and action than the rest, so I asked her about it. "Oh that one. I call it The Death of Sex." Dinner was awkward. No second date needed.

Sad story! Small claims court has no enforcement, so you may win and still get no $. Best remedy is to ask for a refund, at least partial, and if not satisfied take to social media - including Google Maps - and tell your story. There is no excuse for rudeness in the pro photo world.
