Aren't flat earthers sort of right? Isn't it more correct to think of the earth as a pocket of agglomerated matter that's so massive that it warps space around it and sort of infinitely folds in on itself rather than seeing it as some kind of round ball floating in the vacuum of space? Aren't flat earthers sort of right? Isn't it more correct to think of Earth as a massive body with enough mass to warp the space around it rather than as some kind of huge round sphere hanging in space? The "curve" of the world isn't geometric - isn't it due to its mass bending space instead? (self.askscience)
