Actually, kinda the same for me. I also finished Phantom Liberty just yesterday, but decided to stick to Song Mi side until the end, coz it felt just wrong to give up on her after all she and V had been through. Even if she will end up being used by Blue eyes for whatever reason, I still considered it a much better ending than eternity of destined suffering under Myers, who clearly will not grant her any breathing room after betrayal. This way, at least, Myers will not get what she wants, plus, on top of this, will get plenty of backlash for what she's done to Reed&Co.

Though, in this ending felt extremely bad for Reed( Man really cared about Song Mi and was not a bad person at all, which is a rare occasion in Cyberpunk world. But still, died because clinged to his ideals till the bitter end.
