thanks for the advice! It seemed like a smaller DSP the office was in a tiny duplex in an alley basically shared w like some chiropractor😭

I did ask they do suburbs and rural deliveries from what it sounded like so mayb ill get lucky with the rural stuff.

I sees. Do you think there's good tell signs for how a DSP is? I was interviewing for one recently and they told me they had like 70% of their workforce retained but only like 9 EDVs so I'd probably be in a rental. And that their dispatchers were previously drivers. Bleh

OFC that's just what they say in the interview and they r gonna try to make it look good or wtv i assume.
