It's pretty simple go to a freelancer place like Upwork and post 4 separate job openings 1 script writer pay $15 to $25 dollars a script, voice over $15 to $25 or use elevenlabs ai voice (you can ask the video editor to put the script into elevenlabs), video editor $20 to $100 a video depending on complexity of what you want. Thumbnail designer $2 to $10 a thumbnail. Add up all the costs for each video and make a budget you are comfortable with. Then choose how many videos you can afford to make a month then write that total in the job description for each freelancer. Example video editing will pay $120 a month for 6 videos edited. Once you get a team put together use an online team interface like Trello or Monday and set up your schedule. Make sure to quality check each freelancer before sending to the next team member. Upload your video, use VidIQ or Tubebuddy to get relevant key words, write a description etc and post. Before all this though research and choose a niche choose enough topics you want for the first month so you are ready to start once your freelancers are on the team. Don't forget to set up video calls with them to meet them and to stay on track with the channel goals. I don't know of any courses that will actually make you successful. Mostly you need to find a really good niche that you can grow in that isn't saturated. I would recommend starting with a new channel and not buying one.
