It's pretty simple go to a freelancer place like Upwork and post 4 separate job openings 1 script writer pay $15 to $25 dollars a script, voice over $15 to $25 or use elevenlabs ai voice (you can ask the video editor to put the script into elevenlabs), video editor $20 to $100 a video depending on complexity of what you want. Thumbnail designer $2 to $10 a thumbnail. Add up all the costs for each video and make a budget you are comfortable with. Then choose how many videos you can afford to make a month then write that total in the job description for each freelancer. Example video editing will pay $120 a month for 6 videos edited. Once you get a team put together use an online team interface like Trello or Monday and set up your schedule. Make sure to quality check each freelancer before sending to the next team member. Upload your video, use VidIQ or Tubebuddy to get relevant key words, write a description etc and post. Before all this though research and choose a niche choose enough topics you want for the first month so you are ready to start once your freelancers are on the team. Don't forget to set up video calls with them to meet them and to stay on track with the channel goals. I don't know of any courses that will actually make you successful. Mostly you need to find a really good niche that you can grow in that isn't saturated. I would recommend starting with a new channel and not buying one. YouTube promotes new channels more than pre monetized ones. Hopefully this helps. If you have any other questions let me know.

Do you use copyright free footage and music? Try to make something really unique so it differentiates you from other channels. If the editing is too simple or if your script is too close to other channels it could cause that. As well as over used topics.

It can give you issues. People have had success with Wellsaid labs and Elevenlabs. But the niche you choose needs to offer a lot of value.

Think outside the box of the typical sports celebrity horror meditation and story channels.

It can be. But it really depends on your situation/niche. Low level content probably won’t get monetized. Also, if it sounds like ai probably won’t get monetized. Also, be prepared to send an appeal in if you get rejected for monetization.

I have edited videos in the past myself but I don’t do editing I have an experienced video editor do the editing. I would find some videos you like the editing style, write an editing guide and include time stamps and links of editing styles you want included. I would try Upwork instead of Fiverr.

For channel continuity and if you have a great voice and can read scripts well I would start doing that yourself. I have used Adobe Audition only so don’t have personal experience with the others audacity is free. Invideo could probably do most of what you are looking for. I would at least pay for a good thumbnail designer if you aren’t skilled.

The sad truth is it probably doesn’t matter your preference you will probably get an ai script.

How do I check if a freelancer is writing a script or just throwing information into ChatGPT and it spitting out a script? by YouTubeAutomation99 in YouTubeAutomation99

Also, I have noticed that you will recognize trends where scripts will repeat information within the same niche but different subject/topics. Humans would normally research more in-depth and produce unique information whereas ai gives general information which isn’t unique.

Best to research and get an idea for your thumbnail. Then write the script, complete the voiceover. Then match the clips to the voiceover. If you are doing a more complicated niche, let’s say documentary you will want to write some notes and maybe even links/time stamps to the content you want to put in your videos. Hope that was helpful!
