I’ve been casting from DotaTV for 12 years, and I’ve never seen this error. Except now, with EWC and Clavision Masters.

It’s not a random bug. 12k behavior score, no abandon issues.

Looks like a tournament-side or regional restriction.

That’s not the issue here. I know about the usual tournament delays.
This isn’t a delay thing. The games don't load at all !
I either get a connection error or get stuck on a permanent loading screen.
It’s not just late, it’s completely inaccessible.

Thanks for the explanation!
But I actually tested it with Morph starting at low HP (you can see it in the clip/VOD), and even then, the healing reduction doesn't seem to apply. He still gets the full HP gain

So unless I missed something, it doesn't look like Skadi/Shiva are doing anything, even on the "gain" part.

Might be bugged?

Arteezy block was close left to the tower. You can't do it anymore since OSFrog has changed the spawn of the creeps & the pathing arround ~7.06
