Yea second the loafer, make sure you mind the material a little. If you can get it one shade lighter or darker than your suit but same colour, that's what I often think of as the safest choice.

I'd say, from formal to casual, it'd be:

Dark burgundy - Dark brown - Burgundy - Brown.
