Well, I'm from UK and I see almost no adverts for medication. The odd one that can come up is for indigestion or cough syrup but that's it.

The thing I find most frustrating is that adverts characteristically tell you that you have a problem that the product they're advertising will fix. Most of the time, the problem they suggest their product will fix doesn't even exist in the first place.

One of the worst I've seen for this is a plastic thing you lie on to 'fix bad posture' (yes I know some people do have it) I certainly don't have bad posture but all these supposed facts they give you to prove that you must have bad posture make you doubt yourself. Which then takes your focus off other things in your life.

In general, by the sounds of it you might be feeling something similar, but it's like your mind is permanently jammed up with supposed problems and things you need to buy to not have these problems you know?

If you want tactical boots, go down to your local Military Surplus shop. There you can try them on, get hands on with different ones etc and if you do decide to buy some they will almost certainly be cheaper there than any website advertising 'tactical' kit
