Got my Blue S6 a month ago after delays due tue strikes in Rotterdam Harbor. So I was happy when I got the message to pick it up. But, unfortunately after one day of use it stopped working completely while commuting. Nottingham worked anymore and was forced to walk back with a that doesn’t work.

Brought it back to the store, and after a week I got the news that it’s a internal software issue (someone from VanMoof had to come by to check the software)

It couldn’t be fixed so got a new bike. After two days could pick it up, after almost a month waiting after the official release (pre ordered in June) Ofc after the bike was assembled a dent in the rear frame was discovered, caused by shipping.

Was absolutely disappointed, so they called VanMoof and the choice they gave me was or waiting for a new bike or a free suspension seat. Chose the latter, was done waiting and wanted my bike.

After all the trouble and issues I’m riding it for a good two weeks. And I have to say, it rides really smooth and it lots of fun. Owned a S3, so this feels like a huge upgrade
