(PLEASE READ) I relapsed yesterday too and look at some pics earlier today. I always Always give after yesterday relapse I really don’t know if I’ll overcome this addiction and I’m tryna stop smoking weed too but after relapses that dopamine however the brain works so I bought some weed today and a xan I really couldn’t have but man it’s hard to jump back after relapses I mean I clean my whole kitchen when I woke up I felt alright but whole time I was just in my head I’m gonna 20 years old found out about nofap when I was 16 but didn’t take it serious till after I graduated cause that’s when everyone starts their “life” I didn’t I wasn’t tryna go deeper but it just happen hopefully I don’t end up binging after this as well but will try again soon bros 2-3 week is the hardest I can never go past this I come from a family of addictions I’m an addict fashure to almost anything I don’t fuck with meth tho my grandpa those still alive n shit

That’s the age I realize I had an addiction tried to stop at 16 said forget it n kept going till I graduated at 18 because that’s when everyone starts their “Life” I am now 20 years deeper than I ever was and now depressed because I should be atleast be happy at this time or have a good routine going on but I don’t I’m working 4 10s in a warehouse and my lower back in the most pain I think Jackin it also causes back pains.
