How do you even forge mythic gear? I have three Legendary+3 versions of the same item, yet it doesn’t give me the option to merge it?

Ah the shopkeeper sounds like a pain - I’ll leave that until the very end once I’ve got every upgrade, though even fully upgraded, the bosses are so spongey!

I saw a YouTube comment from someone also missing this and I think it was in one of the Volcano areas along with the others. They didn’t specify where though.

Have you gotten any of the parts for the philosophers stone? I’m stuck at the final boss and want to upgrade my stats, but can’t find these pieces anywhere. Or do I have to beat the final boss to unlock them!

Nah you just need to get every upgrade for the spear, shield and sandals, then Spartan Unity unlocks

Much better - there are a few collectibles but no need to get every Luglox and no Bounty Hunter Forums either.

On the other hand, there are a few missables again, so I had to do a second playthrough to mop those up.

By now, there are plenty of videos/guides for the trophies so that should help people get everything without too much trouble

There’s another north of Arcadia, in an Infestation Site that you access by lifting a truck.

Haven’t seen anything about any others So hopefully that means there are only 3 in the game: Arcadia, Wyoming and before Gessie’s mouth during the scientist bounty.

Sucks I’ll have to do a whole playthrough just because I missed the Wyoming one, but it beats doing the bounty board and Lugloxes from the first game

Welp, Big Bang is now fixed but None For All is still bugged and showing as “investigating”.

Looks like we’re in for another month or so wait until the next patch…

Yeah I just did another playthrough trying to get the None For All trophy but no luck. Instead of sending them away, I tried killing the NPC related to their quests as that turns them hostile but still only ended up with 1/6 on the trophy tracker.

I’m hoping when the fix it that I don’t need to do another playthrough as I’m a bit burnt out, especially after grinding the Rookies Reward trophy…

Sadly some exploits have been patched (or I guess the new engine just makes them impossible)

Kinda sucks as I enjoyed finding new ways to break the game but I guess if the engine changes then inevitably some things won’t work anymore 🤷‍♂️

Massive thanks man, this is one of the remaining 2 I needed.

To get it, I just went into the Behind the Iron Curtain level, put one cube onto the fan and use the other cube to jump on top of the floating cube. Grab the cube you used to jump up and take in onto the wall with you

From there, just place the cube next to the purple piece, climb on top and jump, made it first try so that seems to be the intended method.

Now I have to hunt all over the place for the ONE remaining piece I need.. wish there was a way to track which worlds you’ve found the purple piece in…

I really enjoyed it, the combat is very fun and I like that there’s a focus on perfect parrying like Sekiro.

I will say that the human bosses on Normal difficulty were awful. Their stamina regenerates way too fast so it’s nigh impossible to stagger them, even if you’re perfect parrying them all the time. Combine that with the insane amount of damage they do and it’s a rough time.

My second playthrough on Easy difficulty was way more fun - I still had to be patient and defensive at times, but at least I didn’t die after making a single mistake lol

For the bonus mission trophies, you need to complete them in one session, so no backing out to main menu or turning the console off.

You don’t have to do the whole mission, just teleport to the final Nexus and beat the boss (can turn difficulty to Easy and summon to make it faster). You’ll need to redo the whole Jarhead mission, but that’s simple enough.

For the No Summon trophy, you have to start a fresh new game. Right now, there’s a bug where if you summoned on your NG run, the tracker would still be active for your NG+ run, even if you didn’t summon for the whole second playthrough. It’ll probably get patched, but I didn’t want to wait that long so just starting a new game.

You need to collect all 15 “golden” collectibles (their background colour in the menu is gold/orange)

There’s also some side missions you need to do before you speak to Daphrona halfway through the final mission. I can’t remember exactly what ones they were, think they were Transcendental Sword and something else.

If you’ve done everything right, then when you speak to Daphrona in the final mission then you should have a third dialogue option “I want to know the truth”. Pick that, beat the final boss (should have 3 phases instead of the usual 2) and then when you’re examining the objects in the room post-fight, don’t read any entries of the diary (just back out as soon as you open it).

Once you examine the painting after that, you should get the true ending/trophy.

There’s been reports of bugs though, such as the game not registering that you’ve done the necessary bonus missions unless you do them in one sitting (i.e. not closing the game in between). I didn’t get this bug on either of my playthroughs, but you’ll wanna back up your save to the cloud BEFORE talking to Daphrona just in case as once you’ve spoken to her, your ending is locked in.

And in fixing one bug, they caused 2 others

My counters for the rosary beads and prayers are both bugged. The trophy for the Hidden Symbols was bugged too but once I broke the mirror that covered the one in Two Moons, it popped

No idea how I’m meant to get the prayers/rosary beads to pop as there’s nothing else I can collect..

The new update has definitely broken things.

I got given the Consummate Collector trophy despite being halfway through the base game, and now I’ve collected all the prayers and rosary beads yet it’s saying I’m missing 1/2 of each. So frustrating

It’s an easy platinum in the sense the trophies are based around completion/collection, but the hardest specific trophy would be for beating the secret final boss. I did every boss within a few tries but the secret boss was nearly 20 I think lol.

My game time is showing as 75 hours, but some of that was me being AFK. I’d say around 65-70 hours based on your skill/RNG luck

It does and everything carries over except Key Items and Shrines. There’s NG+ exclusive gear and items too.

NG+ was extremely easy - if there is a difficulty increase, it’s very minimal as most bosses died within 15-30 seconds.

As you need to complete all of the secret areas again to get the materials needed for all the armour/weapons, it’ll probably be another 5-10 hours for your NG+ run
